100 Years Anniversary:  Triage of Music, Poetry & Art...

Music Hafli w/ Shweir Music Band

New Hotel Central turned 100 this summer and it hosted many elegant events including Music by Shweir Band, and one rare triple treat.  Their music was fantastic.  I was so moved to suggest for them to put some of their Lebanese and Shweiry music on CD's and make them available for those who do not want to miss these special events.

Artistic Triage of Poetry, color and melodies w/Henry Zghaib, Wajih Nahle & Elias Rahbany

Now for the occasion of the 100 years anniversary of the Hotel New Central, it was "lailet min al umur"
To watch Wajih Nahle, winner of the Louver top artist award world wide, create a painting to the tunes,
of piano music played by no other than Elias Rahbany, who needs no introduction, in synchronicity with poetry recited for this special occasion by the genius of Henry Zghaib.
It was an unforgettable night.  To be in the presence of such three magnificent people was humbling

Congratulations to Mrs. Michel Kiameh, Alexa and Elie for hosting such an elegant night to remember.
